The Reverend Miles Hammett Pitts-Tucker, M.A., the Vicar and Gerald William Lewis and George Flint Ollerenshaw, the Churchwardens of the Parish of Parwich in the County of Derby and Diocese of Shouthwell, 26 April 1919. Granted 13th May 1919.

To fix a Frame in the tower of the Parish Church of Parwich in the County of Derby and the Diocese of Southwell, to carry a Carillon of Eight tubular bells. To provide and place a small brass tablet in the aforesaid Church, that is to say:-

To the Glory of God, to commemorate the victory won in the Great War of 1914 - 19 and in proud and grateful memory of those men of Parwich who fought and died, this Carillon of eight bells of memory was installed in the year of our Lord 1919 by Alfred John Gainsford, Major R.F.A., TF and Joint Lord of the Manor of Parwich and Edith Geraldine his wife.
